We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. This means that they leave our warehouse in Houston, TX within 2 business days. The time required to reach you will depend on the shipping method selected.

We ship partial orders. If you do not want a partial shipment, please let us know when you place your order. In the unlikely case that we have sold out of an item or are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

We offer 3 shipping methods within the US and to APO and FPO addresses.  At this time we do not ship to addresses outside the US.  We ship via United States Post Office, UPS or Fed Ex at our discretion.  The estimated times in transit shown below do not include processing time within our warehouse.

- BASIC - $5.50 - 3-10 Business Days in Transit
- EXPEDITED - $7.50 - 3-7 Business Days in Transit
- RUSH - $20.00 - 1-3 Business Days in Transit

Our carriers do not guarantee delivery times to us so we cannot guarantee delivery times to you.  We will, however, do our best to get your package to you quickly and efficiently.

International Shipments We ship only to US, APO and FPO addresses at this time.

We offer a full refund of the purchase price for ELIGIBLE items returned according to the following policy.

In the event you are not satisified with your purchase you may return the unworn eligible item with the tags attached within 30 days of shipping date for an exchange or refund. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 2 weeks to process your request.

To be eligible for return an item must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached. Garments cannot be returned for refund or exchange after the have been worn or laundered.

We suggest you do not wear perfume or deordant when trying on perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These cane leave marks or scents, which may make the item ineligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse to accept for return or exchange items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

Items not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

 The following types of items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Panties, hosiery, and other intimate items are not returnable by state law. Lubricants, lotions and oils are not returnable. Items in sealed packages such as DVDs, VHS tapes, body stockings, hosiery, x-strings, panties, devices and accessories are not eligible for return is opened.

Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip and a note telling us what you'd like for us to do.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. You are also responsible for the merchandise until it reaches us. We suggest you insure your package.

At our discretion, we may elect to accept the return of eligible items received more than 30 days after the ship date. These items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Free Shipping Customers:

"Free Shipping" returns - If you received free shipping on your origional order and the returning of merchandise decreases your order amount to less than the amount required for free shipping. $5.50 will be deducted from your order refund.

Shipping Errors: 

In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect items, simply contact our customer service department at or 1866-324-5196. We will resolve the problem at no cost to you.

At the present time we only accept payment by credit card. Your credit card is charged at the time your merchandise is shipped.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We are located in Houston, TX and are required by state law to charge sales taxes for shipments made to addresses within Texas. The current sales tax rate is 8.25%. We do not charge sales taxes for shipments outside of Texas.

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not share your personal information with any third parties. We do use the information you provide to process your order more effectively.

We use "cookies", small data files stored on your browser to gather information used to process your order and to gather statistical information about the traffic on our site. We do not share your personal information with any third parties.

Security takes seriously the issue of security. Every time you send us your credit card number and your billing and shipping information, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted.
